Brew Ho Ho Holiday Event!

Join ASSP members and industry colleagues for a fun-filled and festive evening of holiday cheer! We’ll be in the Louis Pasteur Loungetorium

Think of Louis Pasteur as the OG of beer microbiology. Before Louis, brewers didn’t even know that it was yeast converting their sugars to alcohol and carbonating their beers. His contributions were so significant that LA Ale Works named their private conference room in his honor – the Louis Pasteur Loungetorium.

This year we’re partnering with the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and donating to Holidays From The Heart. Please bring an unwrapped toy (best for children over 8 or under 3) or personal hygiene/grooming kit.
